ALARA: PERSONAL TRAINER & DJ

Alara was born in Damascus. At the beginning of the Syrian crisis she studied business administration, but couldn’t see a future for herself and decided to leave her home country behind. Starting her journey with a friend without knowing how or when she was going to arrive, she travelled through six countries and ended up in the UK. Upon her arrival she was on her own in a new country, with a different language and culture, not knowing what the future would bring. For two years she worked at a bank in London but quit her job to follow her passion.

Nowadays, Alara is working as a personal trainer and DJing in her free time. She is learning to live a conscious life by balancing the mind, body and energy, and sharing this knowledge with others, is her dream.
