ABOUT SHAHD
Shahd Abusalama is a PhD student studying Palestinian Cinema at Sheffield Hallam University. She was born and raised in the Jabalia Refugee Camp, northern Gaza. She is an artist, activist, and author of the Palestine from My Eyes blog, and a co-founder of the London based Hawiyya Dance Company.
